Subprocessors.

SparkGap LLC uses the providers below to operate Actually Agentic. We give each provider only the information needed for its function. This page is the current list referenced by our Privacy Notice and Data Processing Addendum.

Stripe, Inc.Checkout, subscriptions, invoices, fraud controls, and billing portal. Processes customer identity, email, billing identifiers, payment status, and payment details submitted directly to Stripe.United States and Stripe service locations

MillionVerifier / HuBuCo B.V.Email-address verification. Processes candidate email addresses and returns validity classifications; it does not receive campaign copy or payment-card data.European Economic Area and provider service locations

Operator-run functions

SparkGap operates the bounded public-site crawler, provenance store, campaign sequencer, suppression logic, Stalwart mail cells, mailbox storage, delivery-event processing, and abuse workflows. A customer’s external AI agent is not a SparkGap subprocessor: the customer decides what to paste into that agent, and Actually Agentic does not transmit campaign context to an AI provider.

Support and monitoring

Production infrastructure monitoring is planned through AWS CloudWatch and related AWS services included above. The externally hosted provider for operational support and recovery inboxes must be selected and added here before those inboxes process Customer Data. No unlisted support platform is authorized to receive Customer Data.
