Subprocessors.

SparkGap LLC uses the providers below to operate Actually Agentic. We give each provider only the information needed for its function. This page is the current list referenced by our Privacy Notice and Data Processing Addendum.

Operator-run functions

SparkGap operates the bounded public-site crawler, provenance store, campaign sequencer, durable suppression logic, provider reconciliation, and abuse workflows. Mission Inbox operates the selected mailbox and delivery layer. A customer’s external AI agent is not a SparkGap subprocessor: the customer decides what to paste into that agent, and Actually Agentic does not transmit campaign context to an AI provider.

Mission Inbox retention

Mission Inbox publishes retention periods of up to 30 days for email content and up to 90 days for delivery logs, with account credentials removed within 30 days after termination. Its privacy policy also describes MI Shield processing and a route to object to use of email content for training. SparkGap will record its selected treatment in the provider account and data-processing record before customer messages are submitted.

Support and monitoring

SparkGap reviews application health, container health, and access-controlled logs on the named production host. Operational alerts use the account-email provider listed above when that service is active. The externally hosted provider for staffed support and recovery inboxes must be recorded before those inboxes process Customer Data. No unlisted support platform is authorized to receive Customer Data.
